Close Ups
We got out the microscope boxes from Granddad. They loved running around finding things they wanted to look at under it. Will keeps wanting to"get the scientist stuff out" again and again now.
Cast Off
Will got his cast off. He apparently is the only kid they've ever seen who's not afraid of the cast saw. (He broke his arm Christmas morning trying out the hoverboard Santa brought him on the driveway.)

Go, Huey, go!
Hugh learned how to ride his trike all by himself. I had attached a dog leash to it and have been pulling him around on it for a year. Now look at him go!!
Lexa's day with Daddy
Lexa was having a hard time at school, feeling like no one would ply with her. Patrick wanted to spend some quality time with her, so he took her to eat in San Antonio and to the Alamo and Menger hotel.
She says she's happy and things have been going better at school.

Kids' Lunch Date
Patrick had Martin Luther King day off, so he went to the kids' school to have lunch with them. Everyone was excited to see him there.
Feeding Time
We have 15 cats. We started with 2 and a few strays that were here. They keep having kittens. We have zero mice or snakes though.
Family Gaming
We've been playing a weekly family dungeons and dragons game with Patrick on the weekends.

Hugh loves to swing
Hugh LOVES to swing. Everyday. Even when he's falling asleep he doesn't want to stop, "Faster..."

Home Improvement
Installing corrugated aluminum to the Cantina ceiling. It was gross before. I really like how it came out! Lexa was a great help. We got our shoulder workout!
The Cooker
Will calls chefs cookers. Lexa loves to cook. She is totally self sufficient at making pancakes. She likes to add things to them like blueberries or one time- mangos.

I picked Freyja up and she’s all better, not going to die of parvovirus.
