I made a St. Patty's day cake out of snack cakes, and had a treasure hunt for Timmy. I drew pictures of objects in the living room (the couch, the tv) and taped them to the objects, one leading to the next, and walked around with him finding the clues. At the end was a pot of plastic gold coins and beads. He caught onto the game pretty fast. He's been playing with the beads all day. I never knew there were so many things to do with plastic beads, shake them and make noise, stand on them, tangle animals in them and pull them around, put them on toys and the dog, pretend like they are water...
