Stroller Stroll

The kids and I have really been enjoying the sidewalk at our new house. Lexa was playing stroller strides. I can't believe she remembers that from two years ago. She really loved it. I think it was a good example of exercise for her.

Will lets out a squeal of delight every time I let him walk outside the front door to play with him in the front yard. He wants to walk all around, down the sidewalk, right into people's yards. Wait a minute, where 's he headed..

Snow Day!

Snow day! No school! We're so excited!

I'm sure northerners find this dusting of snow and the ensuing excitement funny. 

 Will sees it.

Trampoline snow was fun. They were also excited about icicles hanging all around.

 We made Snow cream. It was a huge hit.

Brrr. It was super cold! Back inside after about 5 minutes. We took a few more excursions outside throughout Snow Day. They were only a few minutes long too when we'd remember, "brrr, it's super cold, let's go back inside!"

Pinewood Derby

Timmy was so excited making his first pinewood derby for the Boy Scouts race. He designed it himself and worked on it with Daddy's help. He did most of it himself. Patrick did some research on how to make it faster and they watched some youtube videos about the physics of how to make it even faster next year. 

Race times for the top three. Timmy named his "Flaming Factory".

Will has found his new favorite hobby. He LOVES to climb, everything and anything he can. Anything precarious that he can pull himself up on is perfect. He's so pleased when  he gets up on something too.
