We went to eat at La Mi Tiera while we were in San Antonio. Since it was Saturday night, there was a really long wait, so we wandered around the stores that were still open in the Mexican Market there and Patrick got the kids hats. A fedora, a pink cowgirl hat, and a sombrero. Perfect!

Night with Daddy

Patrick picked Lexa up from school one Friday and took her to a movie. They saw Zootopia.

Talent Show

Lexa and Timmy were in a talent show at school. Lexa sang Let it Go from Frozen in her Elsa dress, and Timmy did his "Ninja Moves".

2nd Crossing

During spring break we took the kids to the river at what we'd call the second crossing on our vacations as kids. It's where the road crosses the river the second time along river road from the cabins we stayed at. This is wear we'd drop off to tube the river for a long all day trip or on years the water was high and fast, and it would be a short trip.

The water was cold, but it didn't stop them. Patrick worked on fixing the dams until his fingers got raw, as usual.
