Elgin Sausage

When we told friends that we were moving to Elgin, a bunch of people told us how great the sausage is. So on our first day moved in to our new house in Elgin, we went out and had some of the sausage we'd been hearing so much about. I thought it was very good and declared it my new favorite sausage. Patrick said, "It tastes like sausage."
