Ever since we first came here (July), there have been signs up everywhere for Elgin's Hogeye Festival. We've also gotten flyers at the house and from the schools, so I thought we'd better check it out. It was a little bit underwhelming after all the hype. There was lots of music and food, and the kids had fun.
