Sara, my mom, Lexa and I went to see the Austin Ballet Nutcracker. Grandmom made her this beautiful Christmas dress. It has her tatting on the collar. She was excited about getting to wear it. She, of course, likes dancing and ballerinas. At the ballet, she kept standing up and dancing and swaying to the music in front of her seat. Then she got hungry, and then she fell asleep half in my lap. I enjoyed the performance. It was fun to have a girl's night and to share the Nutcracker with Lexa. I hope this becomes a tradition.
