We went to the neighborhood park on the Guadeloupe at my parents' house. It's nice to get to spend some special time just with Timmy while Lexa stays at home every once in awhile.
He delights in being outside and shows me so many things I would not have even noticed. I try to take him on some sort of nature hike every weekend when the weather's nice. He loves looking at bugs, digging in the dirt, picking wildflowers. He found some water snails and some long strings of algae he could pull out of the water with a stick on this trip.

Sanday and Auntie Sara like the river too.
