We had a nice Easter. The kids had an egg hunt in the back yard and then played out there happily all afternoon. They were surprisingly understanding that the Easter Bunny may have some limited supplies this year because of the virus. There weren’t the usual chocolate bunnies, peeps, and jelly beans, but the kids seemed perfectly happy anyway.
I attempted grandmom’s lamb mold again this year, but decided to use carrot cake because we wanted to eat that. Since it was too soft of a cake, the lamb started to crumble when I tried to sit it up, so it was a lying down lamb again, but better than last year’s attempt!
